Fluor Electric Return and Refund Policy
At Fluor Electric, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to assist. Please review our comprehensive return policy below:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery if you encounter any issues with the items. If no communication is received within this period, the items will be considered received in full working order.
- Once a return request is approved, you have an additional 7 days to return the item in its original condition, including all packaging and documentation.
- Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Only sealed products can be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@fluorelectric.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions on how to send back your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Faulty Items
We offer a 12-month return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned, service exchange, and new parts. If you experience any issues within 12 months of delivery, contact our Customer Relationship Team at [Sales@fluorelectric.com], and we will assist with the next steps.
Damaged in Transit
If your items arrive damaged, please report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, or if unavailable, issue a refund through the original payment method. Carriage costs will also be refunded if the damage is due to our packing or carrier. Do not return damaged items until instructed to do so, as they may require inspection by the courier. Photos of the damage may be required for claims.
Incorrect Items
If you receive items that do not match your order, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for collection and return. We will ensure a swift resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Software and specially manufactured products
- Custom or personalized items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to initiate a return for your current item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
